Liability - While every effort is taken to minimize any damage to items sent to us we can only accept liability up to the value of replacement of materials.

Risk - The only risks there are with our services are the same sort of risk you would get from handling your own slides by hand - or playing a VHS tape in a VHS player. To date no image has been harmed in the making of this website.

Photo - DVDs - The highest quality DVD's are used - however some DVD players are simply not compatible with certain discs - if you know of problems with your own DVD player please advise and we can use the disc recommended by the DVD manufacturer. If you have burnt your own music/dvd's before and used them in your player then our DVD should work fine. DVD's are always tested and will work fine in our own SONY DVD player and on computers and laptops. If for whatever reason the discs we supply do not work in your DVD player then we will attempt to use different disc. If that fails there is little we can do.

If your items are so precious that you worry about losing them - or them been damaged then our service is even more appropriate for you as once things are in digital format they are very easy to store and save in many different places.
